On 24-th April 2022, a commemorial event took place at Sar` Otel in Tirana.
In this event, there were many participants from Armenian community in Albania and their family members.
The venue was nicely decorated with posters, flags and stationeries.
A minute of silence was kept to honor the fallen from the Genocide.
After that, everyone sang the Armenian anthem, played in piano by Mr. Hajg Zacharian
The Honorary Consul of Armenia in Albania Mr. Varuzhan Piranjani held a speech for the people who were present.
It was also presented the website of the Honorary Consul of Armenia, in English language.
Mr.Xovasar Cakmakxhian-Chairman of the community held a welcoming speech also.
A cocktail was given to the attendees and published books from Mr. Berzh Piranjani (translated from Armenia language) were distributed.
