Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Albania
Born in 1957 in Tirana, to an Albanian mother and an Armenian father.
Graduated from the high school “Qemal Stafa” in Tirana with excellent results in 1975. In 1979 he completed with high results the studies on accounting at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics.
He completed his real estate valuation studies in 1995.
From 1992 and following years has participated in intensive training courses, workshops and other events in areas such as insurance, reinsurance, financial investment, banking, audit, accounting, finance, etc. in Europe, USA etc…
Historical, cultural and linguistic books translated and published in Albanian.
